Reliability |

| TOKO quality principle is
total quality and customer satisfaction. Quality is designed into each component.
Reliability is verified by working-in-process, statistical process control, and final
inspections. All components are subjected to severe life testing to assure optimal
environmental, mechanical, and electrical requirements. We use scientific method ---
Statistical Quality Control (SQC) systematically in design and production processes to
satisfy customers' needs. In the design process, we fully utilize CAD and CAE systems, together with
systematic reliability tests to guarantee our design quality.
In the production process, we aim at a global
standardization of manufacturing conditions by using automatic inspection equipment.
Under this system, the quality of our products can be guaranteed
from the customers. TOKO's quality and reliability can be accredited by numerous awards
issued by customers all over the world. |
